I am very thankful for my electric skillet. It sounds funny, but I love it. We got it when we got married and didn't use it forever. Then Ben claims he brought it out, and since then we use it for everything, multiple times a day. You can make so many things on it. Quesadillas are huge at our house and that's where we cook them. It also fries up the best egg ever. I just love it, cause it makes cooking so easy. Thank goodness for my electric skillet!!!

Whit, How fun! I don't have one, but we have a griddle on our stove that we use a ton! We love to make fajitas, philly cheesesteak sandwiches, all the breakfast stuff and quesadillas! I have loved reading all your cute posts.
