Happy Birthday Jack!

Happy Birthday Jack! Jack is my nephew Mason's same age and he would have been 2 today.He was such a lovable baby. Always happy and smiling and wanting your attention to play! Masno always gets the cutest smile on his face when he sees pictures of Jack, like he REALLY knows who he is and what is going on. We miss having you around and especially Mason (since you would have been his little buddy), but know that you are in a better place. Tiffany asked that we all do a random act of kindness on his birthday in memory of Jack. What a great idea, we should all be doing more random acts of kindness all the time.

Today I will be sending my prayers to Coby, Tiffany and Corbin and my thoughts heavenward to Jack. I know he is watching over everyone that he loves, especially today.

Tea Party with Honey

Honey invited Samantha to a tea party at Gardner Village. Sam was so excited that right when she woke up we curled her hair, put on her earings, and put on a dress. All day she was waiting to meet Honey. These were just a few of the dresses that Samantha tried on while having tea. She got to pick her drink (pink hot chocolate), use little tongs to pick up the sugar cubes to put in her drink (or just to eat them), and have yummy little finger food.

Mason and I met up with Sam and Honey after to drop off her bag (yep it was an all night event!) Samantha was still dressed up. The next morning I went to pick her up and I came in to find Honey painting Sam's nails, and putting on the last of the makeup. Then we put on the earings, necklace and new jelly shoes ( which she loves). She couldn't stop talking about it all day.
