We headed up to Bear Lake for the 4th this year. It was tons of fun! Samantha and Mason can't get enough of Bear Lake. Samantha is escpecially loving it because every time we go up there are friends to play with. Whether it is Coribin (who Mason also just loves to hang out with), Maddie, Eliza or Lydia. We get up there and she is off on her way to go find her friends. If I'm lucky I see her at meals, but other than that she is off playing the entire weekend. And little Mason just hangs out with Mom or Dad, mostly Dad. But the 4th is fun cause almost everyone is there and we all just hang out and play on the grass. We decided to get some grandkid pictures since Honey got the little ones some matching outfits. She usually does and they always look so darling. All thouh I have to admit, it was a little tricky getting all the kids in a picture where the magority we smiling and looking cute. We did manage to get a few cute pics.
Luella was so exhausted that she seriously just fell right asleep right in my arms, in broad daylight. I just love this little girl! Can't get enough of her.
They boys had a football game and so all the mommies and kiddies went and watched. There was some really fun playgrounds to play with.
Looks like the kids have almost outgrown the tun, or at least all of them getting in the tub together. But they did have fun!
You just can't really beat a weekend where the kids are happy most/majority of the time, they have little friends to play with, the family is all together and there is always something fun going on. My kids love Bear Lake so much that when we have to leave they either cry and throw a little tantrum, or they ask when we are coming up next. It will be so fun for them to have this as they grow up, we are so incredibly lucky!
