APRIL UPDATES . . . . . .

CONFERENCE WEEKEND

Ben had to work Saturday during conference, but Sunday morning we went and had our annual Sunday morning brunch. It is always tasty, noisy and fun. the parents are just trying to keep the kids quiet so everyone else can watch and listen. It was hard to listen, but there were some good talks. I loved one Saturday morning that talked about kids. How precious they are and how we need to hold them, love them, teach them and really take the time to love them. It was a great weekend.

COUSINS CLUB @ HONEY'S

Right before Easter we had a fun cousins club at Joanne's house. The kids cut out and decorated cookies. They always love it. Everyone has fun. The kids play and the adults get to chat.

Whose child is this?! She LOVES broccoli. Not only does she love it, but if she is given a choice between like pasta and broccoli, she chooses broccoli.

Samantha put on a dress up and then put some of her clothes on Lu and they were just dancing around in the kitchen. These 2 have so much fun together!

SWIMMING WITH DAD

On the kids last swim lesson, Ben came with us and he swam with the kids for a bit before their lessons. These kids are such water bugs, even Lu, they just couldn't get enough of the water.

Mason just loves to have down time while playing his itouch. He plays hard and then he needs some quiet time. He can just chill on the couch and relax.
Luella came upstairs one day and got into the fridge. She grabbed the bag of grapes and just went back down to the basement. She got in between Jessica and Hurley and started eating her grapes, right off the stem. It was the cutest and funniest thing.

Seriously this is the only picture I got of Easter. Can't believe it. Samantha went to St George with the Rich's so Easter was a bit disjointed. But the Easter Bunny gave the kids a little basket with some play dough, just a little bit of candy and a little stuffed animal. Sam got a bee, Mason got a frog, Lu got a lady bug and there is a turtle for Chance. Surprisingly these little kids LOVE their stuffed animals. They sleep with them every night. Samantha had a lot of fun in St George, and that helped Ben be able to get a lot done in the yard (since I was 1 child down).
It was Samantha's spring break and Ben took the week off to work in the yard. Just like I have a baby on the way, the backyard is Ben's baby. He worked from sun up to sun down everyday. He got so much done, and I am so grateful that he is such a hard worker and willing to spend to much time on this massive project. I love him!!!!!
